Catalina Express is a year-round boat transportation service with up to 30 departures daily. Boats depart from ports in San Pedro, Long Beach and Dana Point. Catalina is only 22 miles off the coast of Southern California. Catalina Express' fleet of eight fast, modern boats make for a quick, easy and fun getaway. 

The Catalina Flyer departs once a day at 9AM from Newport Beach, arriving in Avalon in just over an hour. Return trip is also available once a day at 4:30PM. Boarding will begin thirty minutes prior to departure. The flyer is a 3 deck boat. Seating is first come first serve.
