Venues & Site Fees

The fees are presented in a range from the low season to the high season and are before taxes and service charges. Some sites require accommodations reserved. Accommodation rates are contingent on the chosen dates, with most weekends requiring a minimum 2-night stay. Two hour minimum is required for sites that are priced hourly. The Rooftop

Maximum capacity: 50 guests
The reservation of all eight King Ocean Suites is required
The Rooftop is accessible by stairs only. It is the event client's responsibility to ensure that the accessibility is suitable for all event guests.
Events must end at 9 pm, unless a permit is obtained with City of Avalon and with Hotel approval.
Catered events are subject to a minimum beverage purchase of $1,800.

The Pool Deck

Maximum capacity: 85 guests
For events that require banquet setting or over 2 hours, reservation of all eight King Ocean Suites is required
ADA friendly with elevator access
Events must end at 9 pm, unless a permit is obtained with City of Avalon and with Hotel approval.
Catered events are subject to a minimum beverage purchase of $1,800.

The Mountain Deck

Maximum capacity: 50 guests
No reservation with hotel is required
ADA friendly with elevator access
Events must end at 9 pm, unless a permit is obtained with City of Avalon and with Hotel approval.
Catered events are subject to a minimum beverage purchase of $1,800.

The Penthouse

Maximum capacity: 16 guests
Reservation of the Penthouse & surrounding accommodations is required
Accessible by stairs only and not ADA friendly
Events must end at 9 pm, unless a permit is obtained with City of Avalon and with Hotel approval.
Catered events are subject to a minimum beverage purchase of $1200.

The Honeymoon Suite

Maximum of 12 standing guests or 8 seated guests
Reservation of the Honeymoon & surrounding accommodations is required
Accessible by stairs only and not ADA friendly
Events must end at 9 pm, unless a permit is obtained with City of Avalon and with Hotel approval.
Catered event must meet minimum beverage purchase of $500.
